I love that cut and how he plays off the M7 chord on the ride. Every time I hear it I imagine the hair standing up on the back of the neck of the E9 purists that think it should be played exactly as on the original Price recording.

He sells through his own company, Yellow Rose Records.

I have all of them and they're all great. ...there's one thing though, Bobby doesn't play steel himself on many tracks. Instead on any given CD he has several different steel players. (eg. Tommy Detamore, Randy Reinhard, Rick Price, Dicky Overby, Jim Loessberg to name a few.)

That version of "When A House Is Not A Home" got me thru some terrible times during my divorce. Played along with it many times, shedding many tears.

Life is better now, but I certainly thank Bobby Flores for creating that version of the tune. Helped me stay sane.

Bobby certainly does great harmonics too.... Very Happy

I listened to the sample Too Many Rivers and it sounded like E9th. Is that the song you all are talking about?
Never mind, it's I Just destroyed The World you all were referring too, didn't catch that.
Bobby's CD's are some of the greatest Country music in the world. I think I have them all.

I KNOW that I have them all....8 including the Christmas one that he did with Dicky Overbey. All are wonderful.......and speaking of wonderful, his yearly cruise is awesome. The greatest country music....the real stuff.....3 fiddles, steel (Jody Cameron!!), bass, and drums with Bobby occasionally doubling on lead guitar as well as his great vocals. My wife and I are going back (3rd time) next February.......come along and let's sell out the ship.
