Hey Guys,
The great RUSS PAHL has joined nashvilleprosteel.com and several of his instructional videos are online now, more to come. RUSS was supposed to be one of the original PROS at NPS but scheduling conflicts couldn't make it happen. Now he's here, check him out!

Awesome job. I wouldn't have thought that was a steel on those records. I love his ideals.

That was really cool.
When Russ was commenting in the Premier Guitar article in which he was featured that he decided 10 or 15 years ago he could not beat Paul Franklin since Paul is the best at what he does it reminded me of a basketball player realizing he was never going to beat Michael Jordan in a one-on-one situation on the court so he had better come up with an alternative.
I'm fascinated by Russ's approach, and did I see that correctly - his Show Pro has only 2 pedals?
And how often does one see a pink pedal steel?
And the website looks great! _________________ Mark |

That guitar is too cool! Really looking forward to the pedalboard demo video, and how he syncs the expression knobs to the different functions of the delay pedals.
Also really enjoyed Steve Hinson's videos. His bar technique is totally mesmerizing.
Thank you! |

Russ' clip is swell. You've got to check out his rig and see how he's using his effects.
Actually, I love this whole site. I've enjoyed, and learned from, every clip I've watched.
Kudos! |
