I just got my carter d10 I got here on the forum and I'm loving it so far. However, tuning the pedals is a problem. I don't have the hex tool needed for that. , what is it officially called and can I get it at a hardware store or is it made for the guitar? Thanks

I believe it's 3/16. 5mm should also work. Just plain old socket wrenches.

In the upper right corner use the search function for "big tuning wrench" and you'll see a number of suppliers for the tuning wrench, something a tad fancier.

I believe B0B carries them. Click on Accassories and go to page 3 . It's called Tuning Wrench 3/16"

If you can find them, a 3/16" nut driver works. But usually that size exists only in sets.
