I have posted some John Hughey sounds before, but the one sound that keeps coming back to my mind is "Last Date". This song was released in about 1971 and suddenly Conway Twitty had another hit. John did this song justice after Floyd Cramer. If you were there at the time it came out, then you understand. This is one of my favorites! My buddy Randy Marshall helps me get the job done! Thanks Randy!

That was very good Danny.
Did you learn that from just listening, or did you learn that from tab? It was spot on. Good job. |

Thanks Mark! No, I just learned that one years ago by ear. I have never found Hughey's tabs for this song. I have his other tab books but they do not have this song. At least I got it close anyway. I get a lot of requests for it in the dance halls. _________________ Emmons LeGrande II SD-10 4x6
