The tabs are shown on the Emmons website.....they are on pg.5 of "Replacement Parts" and cost $15 a pair.

Do-it-yourself drop-pin to fixed-pin conversion kit: $0.69 at your local Ace Hardware. It's a 1/4" tee nut with a 1/4"x3/4" cap screw. O.D. of the tee nut is same diameter as the drop pin. Swivel still moves a bit.

Thanks for the info. So, I assume if my eye-bolt is tight and my height adj feet are
adjusted properly, this is sturdy enough to be perfectly usable without too much slop?

correct John, no slop, the thumb screws take care of that whether fixed or drop pin
