I've decided to sell my Peavey 1208-4 speaker with a neodymium magnet. It was installed in my Peavey Nashville 112 and it sounded great! Much better sound than the stock speaker, in my opinion. This it the newer style Black Widow basket and with the light weight magnet and it weighs only 13 pounds. These Peavey neodymium magnets are no longer in production and were quite expensive when they were. I think they shave about 6 pounds off the weight of a standard Black Widow magnet.
It's in like new condition, as you can see below.
