I want a Lacquer D-12 Bolt-On PP with wooden necks. No substitutes. Will pay $, or trade Mica D-12w/9+9 or Mica U-12 w/7+5. (Both are PP.) If you have one and don't want to sell, that's OK; just let me know that one actually exists.

Hi Buck,
Just wanted to let you know that YES at least one DOES exist.
It is owned by a friend of mine in Charleston, SC.
It is a D-12 lacquer (green) over nice maple with wood necks and nice inlay.
This guitar is 8 floor x 9 knees and is in imaculate condition with single coil pickups.
This guitar was once owned by Ken Albert.
This guitar sounds and plays real sweet.
Only problem is that I do not believe my friend wants to sell. But, I sure will ask him for you.
Very, very sweet axe.
Sincerely,
Kurt |

Yeah, I know that gtr.... I remember when Ken had it. Very nice gtr..but I think it was blue when it was new - y'know how they fade over time.
Or maybe my memory's fading.....
Speaking of Ken Albert, anybody know where he is these days? |
