Every Tuesday afternoon in Warsaw, Mo. there is an informal jam session at the American Legion hall.
The band leader is the great Dale Sledd / Osborne Brothers. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of playing beside Bruce Zumsteg / Zumsteel Pedal Steels.
Bruce doesn't play out much any more but REALLY plays some fantastic steel. He's got great tone and plays subtle things that few can match, and he's a great guy/ and friend.
If you've never heard him you should get a copy of his CD, it's very tasty.

I agree Brad. Bruce is a great player and builder, and a good guy as well. His CD is packed full of great steel.

Bruce is an excellent steel player. I was at a KC jam a couple of years ago and Bruce was there, and picked.

I've known Bruce since 1974, as I used to live in KC.
