I am looking forward to meeting you guys. Mike has been a great help to me lately on the steel. I saw you guys were playing so I thought it would be a great way to meet Mike and the rest of his steel buddies. I love to play and I love to listen to great players like you guys. Looking forward to it! If lord willing we will be there.

Johnny I can say one thing about these guys they are great bunch of good friends of mine and Anna's and you will really appreciate meeting and playing with these guys. They are all my good friends and when I get back down there in North Carolina we will have to have another Steel Guitar Jam.I'm back to my old self again and I have been learning a lot of Steel. I'm now working on Girl In A Glass.I have it on a CD and it is ten times on one side. I have it down pretty close. After we get settled in Anna and I will have to make a trip out and jam with you guys.I have loads of pictures of The Greenville TN. Steel Jams that we started those boys off with.I also have lot of Pictures of the Clayton N.C Steel Guitar Jams that Anna took.I have them hanging on the Walls in my Steel Guitar Room.

Is this an event that could be cancelled due to low attendance? Just curious before we drive 5 hours one way.

Thanks,

nope attendance does not matter to us
only way I (we) would cancel is due to real bad
snow and ice or like that where by it would or
could cause wrecks/falls/etc

Hi Pete When did Wayne Morgan pass. Wayne and i were good friends.Anna and I use to go to his home when we lived in Mooresburg Tennessee. I talked to him on the forum and he came to my home and when i answered the door he Said I'm a Salesman and want to sell you insurance. Then he said no I'm Wayne Morgan. I can not beleave this. Wayne was a great guy and I just told my wife and she said Oh no Wayne was a good person.I followed him to a Steel Guitar Show and when we go to the Motel we were going to stay in he said to me I'm going in and go to sleep you pushed me all the way here.He was a good friend and he will be missed.
