Hi Gang,

I wanted to touch base and let you know I am still building the Jordan Boss Tone Fuzz units I call the Buzz Tone. These units are incredible and I am running a special on them for Forum Members of $50.00 each shipped.

http://mahoneyguitargear.com/product8.htm

I also repair old Boss Tone units for a flat fee of $30.00 plus $5.00 shipping. No Matter what is the issue I fix the pedal and return it fast. We do not sit on units we repair them the day they arrive and ship them back next day.

If you have a model that we made and it has an issue we will repair it at no charge.

I am looking for sound files as well for each unit. If anyone is interested in doing demos let me know.

Chris Mahoney

Don, they're JUST like the original. I'll try to do a video of mine.
It's not subtle like the Earth Drive or Sparkle Drive.
It's a slice of hippie fuzz.
WAIT. The first half of this has a Mahoney Buzz Tone.

Mine works like a charm, I have a friend that has the original and if anything the new one sounds better!

Thank you for the kind words guys! We strive to build the best on every build and stand by our work. Please if you have one of my units and you have any issues I want to fix them at no charge.

Also if anyone here does good demo videos I can post online I would love to work out a deal on three videos.

My Buzz Tone was a gift from a friend, it quit on me shortly after I received it. Chris fixed it for me at no charge, even upgraded it and it works perfect. He's a good guy, he knows his stuff, and he'll do you right.

Hi Chris,

Can you tell me the difference in tone between the Nashville and California model?

To be honest, the Nashville one works best for steel in my opinion. I will try and get some sound files up in the next few months as I am working on my website.

I got my original Jordan Boss Tone back from Chris yesterday - wow! He did a great job of cleaning things up and replacing some "bad" parts. He let me know my unit was part of the original product issue, that is it contained circuit board version #1 ... sweet!

It sounds killer and works as good (well better) than new. It still has the "patina" that comes with age, but everything works very well.

Thanks, Chris!

I am a very happy camper. Very Happy
