Any experience with getting a steel in a Wheel-Z type SKB case on board as carry on?
Any tips? I`ve checked it in usually but I was just wondering if.... _________________ Olli Haavisto

Olli, would say no chance on Euro Airlines, particularly budget ones, where cabin baggage size is strictly limited, both by weight and size. Can't comment on US ones as I have seen some ridiculous size of bags being carried on there. You can always ask for gate check in for guitar, then ask agent at gate if cabin staff could allow it on ,maybe in wardrobe in bigger aircraft . _________________ MSA Millenium SD10, GK MB200, Sica 12inch cab, Joyo American Sound Pedal/ Jay Ganz Straight Ahead amp, Telonics 15inch in Peavey cab, Digitech RP150, Peterson tuner.Hilton volume pedal.Scott Dixon seat and guitar flight case. |

No chance in this neck of the woods either Oli - I always check mine in the luggage compartment - never had an issue with damage. _________________ 14'Zumsteel Hybrid D10 9+9

I get the stews to put it in the coat closet in the front of the cabin. |
