Anybody had any experience with Weber Amplifier Kits? They make clones of 50's and 60's Fenders. Schematic looks good, but I wonder how they sound. _________________ Emmons & Peavey |

I've built a few of the kits. They sound great. I can tell you that the Tweed series chassis are a bit tight to work in. You wont be disappointed though. _________________ 1976 Sho-Bud Pro II, 1976 Sho-Bud LDG, BF Fender Deluxe, Evans FET 500 LV, BF Princeton Reverb, '68 Vibrolux Reverb |

Hi Steven,
I built the tweed Super using the stock parts. I substituted tubes and adjusted the power tube bias to get my preferred sound.
But, it was a fun experience and it's the only tube amp I have not sold. _________________ Harbor Lights clone, Quilter MicroPro Mach 2 HD |
