Anybody had any experience with Weber Amplifier Kits? They make clones of 50's and 60's Fenders. Schematic looks good, but I wonder how they sound.

I've built a few of the kits. They sound great. I can tell you that the Tweed series chassis are a bit tight to work in. You wont be disappointed though.

Hi Steven,

I built the tweed Super using the stock parts. I substituted tubes and adjusted the power tube bias to get my preferred sound.

But, it was a fun experience and it's the only tube amp I have not sold.
