I purchased the item shown three or four years ago, comes in handy, need another one, are they still available, don't know who made them.

Agreed, jack! Can't tell from looking if this is the old or new one but the one mark has got up for sale now is a great little trinket. Just put your fingers into the holes and you're wearing your picks just like that. I regret giving mine away to a friend a little bit!
