Hello All!
I just wanted to announce that I am now employed by Mickey Gilley as his new Steel Guitarist/Fiddle Player!!!
My first shows will be in early February on the road. I will be doing four shows a week in his theatre as well as two or three weekends on the road!!!

Congrats.....You will enjoy it for sure.....Mickey is a super entertainer.....lots of steel, too. A friend of mine, Rocky Stone, played guitar for him a few years ago....and told me several times what a great gig it was. He stayed with Mickey for over 20 years. He's since passed on. I was offered a position playing steel for him back in the late 70's early 80's, because of Rocky and my association playing together in a band in Boston. I turned it down because The Lord had a new direction for my life at that time that lasted over 25 years. Pastoring and evangelizing was what took the gigs place, and I wouldn't have traded it for anything. Have a great time.....true country music. _________________ HAL...Excel D-10 w/ 8 & 5.
