serial # should be up underneath on the changer end endplate...should be like 1xxx D or something.
looks like later era tuners, pedals and 'emmons' badge anyway.
that doesn't mean it won't play well.
is it still at that store? |

Narrow pedal spacing and shorter black anodized KL's, as well.
Still a nice gtr... |

- wine glass tuners
- Legrande type pedals
- badge instead of decal
More like a late seventies-early eighties p/p (I have a 1978 with the older narrow cast pedals).........Nonetheless, yours is a very desirable axe. |

I have two PP's from that era... LeGrande pedals, Sperzl tuners... and they sound just as good and play just as smooth as any vintage Emmons. They might not have the somewhat arbitrary "vintage mojo" of a '68 but in all other respects are the sonic and mechanical equivalent of the finest Emmons from any era. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |

I believe the narrow pedals were started in 1980. |
