Williams U-12, 2004-2005 era. 8 pedals 6 knee levers, plus the change lock lever. This is a 400 series guitar, but when I bought it I sent it directly to Bill Rudolph of the Williams Guitar Company to give it a complete going over and make any necessary adjustments and some updates. Additions/updates include:

All new side pull pedals. (To replace the top pull originals)
All new pedal rods.
Installed LKL2.
Installed change lock lever to lock in the B6 mode.
Bill added an Alumatone pickup, which I replaced with a Tonealigner.
All new style lever stems.
New one-piece keyless tuning head to replace the older 3 piece unit.

So this guitar is more like a 700 series with a smaller body. There a couple of bar dings and a very minor scratch or two here and there, but the overall condition is really nice. It plays great, sounds great, stays in tune, and is fully loaded. Split tuning for every string, adjustable return springs. I have a couple of extra replacement parts that I’ll include, along with a set of Live Steel Strings that are the same as the set currently on the guitar. I would recommend sticking with these strings, in these gauges, as I devoted considerable time to finding the optimum set. Includes original Williams case in great shape, including leg bag.

This is a great guitar to ease into the Universal tuning as it has most every lever and pedal that you would find on a D-10. The change lock lever is great to have for woodshedding on the 6th side, but you don’t have to use it at all.

Why am I selling, you ask. Cause I just bought an Emmons Push Pull U-12… which is a completely different beast mechanically, but I’m committing to it, and the slightly different setup that goes with the territory.

$2500.00, plus shipping. I’ll take Paypal if you absorb the fees. If you are within reasonable driving distance of New York City, we can arrange a meet up somewhere.
