Rorys guitar playing just begins to scratch the surface of
his total musicality. He plays well over a dozen different
instruments: Piano, Clarinet, Accordion, Tenor & Alto, on
and on.
He plays each one with the same high level of knowledge
and confidence and no note ever sounds contrived or like
he's 'reaching for it': He nails it! Truly a 'musical force to
be reckoned with'!
I've been fortunate to work shows with Rory quite a bit
over the past 5,6 years and get to play w/Rory once
again next month in Myrtle Beach.

Thanks, Russ!
During the interview he said that he started with a family band on drums and just wanted to find out how the other instruments work, so he just had to learn them. Go figure!
