Desert Rose D-10 $2100.00 +$50.00 shipping

Sadly I am going to list this guitar I bought a while back on the Steel Guitar Forum. Due to a wrist \hand injury I won’t be playing in the near future.
This D10 Desert Rose was just rebuilt by Chuck Back, most of you know who he is on this forum and know the quality of his work. I bought it with the hopes of getting into the C6th neck. I bought it and set it up and called Chuck to see if he could look it over and set it up for me. Even as busy as he is he did just that. He removed a lot of hardware that was added through the years and set it up pretty standard for me. I never started into the C6th neck but changed strings on the E9th and started playing it to get used to the guitar. I was hit by a car and my right hand took most of the damage and it’s a long road to recovery. Needless to say I can’t lift the guitar so I have it put away in the case at this time. E9th setup is Emmons /W the 4th pedal set up with the Franklin change. The color of the guitar is more of a grey but for the life of me and my poor photography skills I can’t bring out the true color. It is a beautiful guitar with a beautiful lacquer finish.
I will try to answer all questions..if I don’t know I’ll find out.
Thanks

[/b]

Emmons setup onn the E9th. 4 pedal is setup for the Franklin change. I haven't done anything on the C6th. is is I guess what I would call a standard C6th. Sorry I never had the chance to experiment with the C6th so it is as it was when Chuck sent it back. If that didn't answer your question let me know. This is the setup except like I said the 4th pedal set to the Franklin change

I owned that guitar shortly, and it is a beautiful, great sounding instrument, this price is super low if you ask me, someone is going to get out of this world deal...

it is a "Free Masons" symbol, and it doesn't affect tone or playability of the instrument, whoever buys it can take it off easily...

Thanks Damir, yes it is a beautiful guitar and the sound on is just as beautiful. I wouldn't be selling if it weren't for my hand.
