I've had a Lil Izzy Plus I got some 25 years ago in the mid 80's and the thing finally started cutting out on me after all this time. I finally got it narrowed down to what it was and I seen they were making them again and sent Craig Baker an email because I was going to send it back to get it fixed or get a new one. I've used it all this time and you can darn sure tell the different when it's hooked up and when it's not. He called me on the phone and we talked for a good long time and a nicer guy you won't meet. I sent it back and he fixed it right up, no charge! He just replaced the whole guts of the thing so it's a new unit now and no charge. I like doing business with people like that! Kieth Hilton told me when I bought one of his pedals back when they were new on the market that if it ever failed me just send it back and he'd replace it. If you haven't tried the Lil Izzy you will notice better string separation and it's just brightens up the overall sound. It's a great product and if he didn't fix it I was going to buy a new one anyway.
