I am pleased to present another Lap Steel Seminar at this yearâ€™s SWSGAâ€™s show in Phoenix, on Friday Jan.16 from 9 AM until 11AM. I will discuss some ways to work up arrangements of popular tunes, similar to my columns for the Pedal Steel Guitar Associationâ€™s (PSGA) Newsletter. In addition, I will illustrate some techniques that I have developed to help make practice time more productive. The cost for this seminar is $35, with $5 going back to the SWSGA. I will provide tab and audio files with the material that will be discussed. Bring your steel if you wish, and some headphones.
