Hello from GeorgeBoards -- Mrs.Boards has done it again, --- Cutting Edge Technology Created for C6 Lap Steel Guitar Instruction.
This is only the beginning of the new dawn for Steel Guitar Instruction, for now The APP is a simple link to a sales page for GeorgeBoards New 3 DVD Set called
"A Lot Of Good Stuff To Know About C6 Lap Steel Guitar".
Our Goal for the up coming year is to create the 1st Educational C6 Lap Steel Guitar Interactive App
AKA Video Game that plays on your Android or Apple ISO tablets - telephones and so on.

It turns out the App is for Androids -- so far , Mrs Boards is working on one for iPhones and iPads - another Programming Language to learn and figure out.
For now we made a starter app which is a simple chord locator for C6 Lap Steel Guitar.
Please keep in mind these are a work in progress and this 1st version is very limited. We have much more grandiose plans as this develops.
Our Goal is a C6 Instruction Game for Children of all ages.
Lettuce know if this works on your Android device, all input is valuable to our advancement of the Technology.

Just released for iOS. Only $0.99 to download our C6 Lap Steel Guitar Major/Minor Chord Locator from the iTunes store.
I've been working on this since last November, so very happy to finally have it available for the Lap Steel Community.

Yes we plan to add many more Apps with much more instruction for C6 Lap Steel Guitar.
Have you actually invested the .99 cents to scope out the Chord Locator?
All of our instructions are reasonably priced regardless of the numerous media formats currently available.
EG; DVD - Blu-Ray - Online Flash-Modules - Amazon instant movies - and now Iphone-Ipad apps.
With that said, on line delivery, has offered the opportunity for GeorgeBoards - SteelGuitarCamp
to make them available to more and more devices at lower and lower cost to the end viewer.
Ya Just Gotta Love It !!

Hi Jim. Thanks for your reply. I would like to expand on George's reply.
This particular chord locator app is also available for Android at no cost. (see link above)
It is also available on the web at SteelGuitarCamp - Major Chords
and
SteelGuitarCamp - Minor Chords
at no cost.
We created the iOS app in response to those who wished to view the information on their Apple devices. Apple charges an annual fee to developers to place apps on iTunes, so we will be charging for iOS app Lap Steel Guitar lessons.
The iOS app has some cool additional features like 3D animated graphics to add more fun to the learning experience.
We are also working on more lessons and some entertaining games featuring the Lap Steel so players can have even more fun with Steel Guitars in their free time between practice sessions.

Lots of Good Stuff to Know - Part 1 (Parts 2 & 3 are waiting for review)
and
Sleepwalk for C6 with 6 strings
Both available for iPhone and iPad.
They are large files approx. 1+ GB. Wi-Fi recommended.

Mrs. Boards has added several of our original DVDs in iOS App format,
there are a few more in apple's review process that will post as soon as approved by Apple.
We have had numerous requests for our C6 Lap Steel Instructions to be playable on iPADS and iPHONES -- these will do that.
The Prices are super reasonable too.
