I own many of those albums.
I'd be willing to bet that on many of those albums listed, the artists were influenced by country music.
IMO, we could easily turn this around the other way and list 50 country albums that every rock and roller should own. |

Steve, that link leads to nowhere for me. I wonder who they recommended. The intro implies that I didn't miss anything, but still I'm curious _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |

Works OK when I click on the link....
Go to Rolling Stone's (the magazine) website and do a search for "50 rock albums every country fan should own"
It popped up on Google on 11-19-14 _________________ Always remember you're unique..... Just like everyone else |

I expressed myself wrong. When I click on the link, the Rolling Stone website appears, but the text doesn't go farther than this:
Quote: |
not to mention the genre opened its arms to rock ex-pats like Bon Jovi and Darius Rucker. Here are 50 rock albums that should be rattling around inside a pick-up's glove compartment or blasting from the pocket of a blue jean.
|
Which means I can't read the list. _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |
