does anyone know what to do if the MSA U12
has a knee lever that has the 7th string I think it is the c# that sticks, when knee lever rkr won`t lower, it wants to raise. I
sprayed light lubricant on it, but still won`t lower, is this string supposed to raise? |

Steven, the usual 7th string would be tuned to F#, and the most common change for that string would be raising it 1/2 tone to G. Look at the underside of the guitar, you will see the pull rods and where they connect at the changer. Notice that the changer has two distinct sets of holes, those which are closer to the guitar body are the raises, those farther away from the body are the lowers. Move the levers that raise and lower strings 4 and 8, you will be able to see which sets of holes raise or lower. Good luck. |
