What awful news! Jack Bruce could whomp on that bass and was an articulate musician.
I was lucky enough to have seen him perform in 1975 in Leiden, Holland. The venue held about 700. Mick Taylor was in the band and that guy was no slouch either.

Condolences to the family.

One by one they're all going. Seventy-one seems like a young age nowadays. I'm sorry to hear about Jack. He was another of those guys who used to hang out at the old Flamingo Club in London.Crying or Very sad

I saw this twelve hours ago. Then I read it was a hoax. I have not checked the News tonight. Poor Ginger will have no one to fight with now, if it is true.

I saw Cream at the Whiskey A Go Go in 1967 or 68. At one point Clapton waved to somebody in the audience,I turned around and saw Pete Townsend standing a few feet away.
