Peterson VS-II Virtual Strobe Tuner -$100 Plus Shipping. This is more tuner than I need as I only play regular guitar (no steel, I hang out here sometimes because I love Bosstones, Steel Drivers, and Emmons Octave fuzzes). Originally sold for $200 when new. This thing comes with everything it had originally (box, manual, ac adaptor, etc). Looks like new and was probably taken out of the box half a dozen time since purchased. Still has plastic on display. Shipping will be $12 to most US locations.
