I just purchased an old Stringmaster but it is missing the wheel that goes on top of each blender control. What would be a good substitute or better yet, where might I find 2 originals?

Whilst on the subject, does anyone know where I could find (or find someone who could make) a Stringmaster style nut and also a bridge (just the bar part with the screws)?
