Come and join me, Chubby Howard and all my friends for some good ole Country Pick'n; Newest Hall of Fame Member(Joe Wright), J.R. Mercer, Mike Sweeney, Mike Sigler, Wayne Hobbs, Chris Castle, Rusty Rhoads, Kenny Holycross, Phil Perry and MANY MORE. Scheduled but not yet confirmed, Russ Hicks, Billy Robinson, and Lynn Owsley. SINGERS to include: Tony Howard, Landon Williams, Phyllis Moyer, Mike O'Hara, Donnie Elkins, and MANY MORE. All backed up by one of the best backup bands and the area's finest musicians. ALWAYS BE READY FOR SURPRISE GUESTS!
Great home cooked food all day long, including breakfast.

Sounds like it’s going to be a great show.
Of course with Chubby playing and being the newest Steel Guitar Hall of Fame member, you know it’s going to be something. 956 miles but we will be there.

| Chubby, nice to see your name on the Forum for your upcoming show. You contributed so much to our Lexington show over the years. I retired in '98 and left central Kentucky to return to my roots in Springfield Missouri. Still hobbying around plunking on a pedal steel mow and then. Best wishes for the success of your show. Nice to hear from Fred Layman, speaking of people who did a lot for the Central Kentucky show. I hope all is well, my friend.
I'm going to try to get up the road to Chubby's show. I haven't been checking in here much and almost missed it. I've made another commitment for Sunday that I hope to rearrange.

thanks Jerry and everybody see you all tomorrow!!!!!!! I have a great band this year I have Jerry Hughes on piano from the band Yankee Grey great player and singer. And Donnie collins is stopping by to play some guitar and sing some!!!!

I am so sorry that I could not be there today. This is the first time I have EVER missed Chubby's show. 
My aunt had to have emergency surgery and they were afraid they would have to amputate her hand or her whole arm. Thankfully they didn't have to, but she is still in bad shape as they try to save it. This was her 2nd surgery in the last 2 days. We did not get to bed until after 3 a.m. this morning and she is in the hospital over an hour from home. It was hard to not come to Chubby's, but we were simply exhausted and I have college work looking at me again (as always) and we just couldn't
I ask kindly if you would all pray for my aunt. Hopefully we will be able to make it next year to my good friend Chubby Howard's show.

Well another great show again this year!!!! Thanks to everyone who came out, biggest crowd ever this year and i thought i would not beat last year but i did! Thanks to all of the great players and band!!!!! Thanks to my great friend Danny Hammers for coming all the way up from Florida, well I never had a brother but if I did I would want it to be Danny Hammers!!!
