Does anyone know how to get in touch with Sid concerning his steel strings? I have tried the phone number and e-mail listed on his website and having no success. I know he is having medical problems; is it possible the company has been shut down temporily?

Dan,

I am aware of the fact that all of our customers have become accustomed to lighting fast same day service.

Sorry no one answered the phone.

As most of you know Jordan my oldest daughter and my wife Carrie pretty much run the office at Live Steel Strings.

Week before last Jordan gave birth to a beautiful 7 pound 13 ounce baby girl making me a grandpa.

Last week I had medical appointments in Baltimore Maryland and Brentwood Tennessee so Carrie and I were on the road all week. We returned home late Tuesday night.

All orders that came in over the previous week were in the mail yesterday afternoon. It was a daunting task but we all got it done.

My cell phone number is 804-721-3435.
Call me with your crisis and I will resolve it.

Congrats on the becoming a grandpa.
I get to do that next month, despite never being papa.

Jim, Denise (the gal you see me marrying on my FB cover photo) has a son from a previous marriage.
And I don't believe in step-grandparents so baby JJ just gets three pairs of grands; Me and Denise; Abdur-Raouf and his second wife, and Tanaporn's (he married a Thai lady) parents.
