What's it worth? Dan Dowd 12 string E9/B6

I have a beautiful keyless E9/B6 12 string by the late Dan Down of Paducah, KY.
I'm thinking of selling it, and hope to get a consensus on its value here. It's a beauty - these photos don't do justice to the wood, the deep red finish and overall craftsmanship of this instrument. Any input by those more knowledgable than me is appreciated.
