My friend Billy Henderson sent me this sound track of Bitter They Are. I Added the Steel. I've always loved this song ever since I heard Robby Tuner do it.

Bill great job on this song. One of my favorites. You and your Ritt sounded awesome. I loved it I have listend to it at least a dozen times. You are a fantastic steel player. I know anyone who hears it will love it.

Very nice Bill...I love that song and want to record it myself, with the same track you used too...you played that really well, with a lot of feeling...I agree with you about recording not being easy...I’ve finally started to attempt a little myself, (mostly Gospel stuff) and it sure makes me more aware of my deficiencies...and the abundance, unfortunatley of them.

Nice! Could you tell us which Vox were you recording with? I think this is the first time I've knowingly heard a Vox amp on a steel recording. Great rendition of a great song.

I also use a modeling amp, a Fender Mustang. Modelers have come a long way since the initial offerings and they record great.
