O.K....So for all the tuning arguments that I've witnessed over the years, especially the open G over open D battle, here's something interesting.
Scientists have captured the sound of a single atom...and it's tuned to D!
About 20 octaves above the highest D on a grand piano.
Have to say open D has always sounded right to me...Very Happy
