That Dekley looks exactly like mine (except for the missing front logo) and I've been playing mine since 1981, beautiful tone and built like a tank. No cabinet drop, stays in tune and easy to work on.

I second the Nod to the Dekley. These are totally underrated steels. and this is well worth the price. I have 2 and they are tone and sustain monsters.BUMP to the TOP.

I just tuned this Dekley by Peterson Strobe with tempered tuning mode and it sounds great that is as much as I can play it. I have been playing 12 strings steels since 1965 and the home position for 10 strings are just not the same. I am selling this steel for a widow of a steel player and I believe he purchased it from the original owner and the original manual comes with the steel. The tone is fantastic and the condition is fantastic. The only thing not original is the 4th pedal, that is an after market addition by whom I do not know. If anyone is interested in this fine steel I will drop the price by $100.00, total $1450.00 and still pay shipping. The condition and playability of this steel will not allow me to drop the price any further. I have or had one interested in the unit but have not been able to make contact with him.

I have a older student type dekley,,,its amazing how it stays in tune and never eats strings like the maverick I started out on years ago,,,great solid made guitar,,,
