Great sounding 7 string lap steel, has a few scratches and blemishes, but everything works as it should. Previous owner had the pickup rewound by Tom Brantley at Mojotone. Original case is getting a little rough, so I will include a Baby Taylor gig bag that I have been carrying it in, which fits it perfectly.
Selling it for what I paid for it here on the forum a couple of years ago, $600, plus $50 to ship to lower 48 states.
You can hear me playing this guitar in this clip:

Have the sister to that guitar. I bought it from a pawn shop in Bakersfield. It was the first steel guitar I ever owned...........and it sounds great!
The tone control is labeled "mellow" to "brilliant". I kept turning it to the latter, but to my disappointment, it still always sounded like me. |
