who can install a 5,6,7 B6 on a Kline?

I have a very cool S12 Kline that has all the knees and a,b,c for the E9 installed and I have been playing it but I need the, I call them 5,6,7 on a standard C6 neck, but would be the 4,5,6 on my Kline. Who can do this and I think I know where to get parts.

I think you would need 4-5-6-7 on an S12 in order to simulate a C6 neck,,,,,my VERY basic uni (exact same as Jeff Newman) is 7 pedals 4 knees,,,no LKR. Paul Redmond has worked on a lot of Klines,,,,I'm sure he could add those,,,not sure what something like that would cost. (BTW,,,if you decide you would like to part with that Kline,,,PLEASE let me know,,,LOL)
