For Sale is my D-10 8&6 guitar. I quit playing in 1991, and pulled this from storage to see if there was any interest. It was built for me in the mid 80's, and used only in large concert halls, has not been in the clubs. It is in great shape, though this picture is not very good, sorry! Both necks have rub marks on fretboard where picks rubbed. I used this guitar for my living, so it has been played. Body, and ends are pristine. Comes with flight case, which is worn on the outside, but interior is great. I was the 3rd owner of the case, John Hughey was the first, so this case has been around. Still has Johns name stenciled on it. Won't remove that! I am also throwing in 2 Goodrich volume pedals, models 120&122. I always kept a back up, but one of them, I believe the 120 is scratchy. E9th pick up has 1/4" magnets C6th has double bar Emmons Lawrence. I still have the Emmons Lawrence that was removed from E9th as well. Can't recall much more than that. It has been years since I have dealt with steels. I would be glad to email you more pictures, simply ask. Asking $2750.img]http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/userpix1029/11822_IMG_0899_4.jpg[/img]

I have spoken with owner, mr Larsen months ago about this guitar...Its worth what hes asking...I just couldnt recoup the expense of tearing down...etc...not to mention Ive got a Red one just like it...I have to tell you, it sounds fabulous. Ill be putting it back together after the Dallas show, and It will be for sale as well. knowing this one is here, I figured Id wait until he sold his before I put mine up...If someone out there is really interested in this guitar, Ill be happy to reconfigure it if you buy it...you know my prices are very reasonable too!.....Goood Luck Jeff!

Appreciate the kind words from all of you. It is a very nice instrument. I believe the color is a walnut laquer. Been many, many years ago, but I think that was the color name. I never have mentioned that prior. It is a beautiful brownish guitar. My camera is not the best, so I apologize for it's lack of quality. There are a few TV shows from the late 80's, that it is on that really show it nice, if anyone needs to see it better. Let me know, and I can send you links. Again, thanks to all of you for the kind words. Jeff.

I had it for sale in 2012 briefly, then decided not to pursue selling. It's an old friend! It's just been sitting, so this time I will be a bit more serious about selling, since it really needs played. One thing I forgot to mention on the post two years ago is the number engraved on bottom is 1973. Have no idea what it means, but I'm sure some of you do. I believe it was made for me in 1984.

Still have it. If I remove the volume pedals from the sale, I can sell for $2500.
