Hey, Paul;
I imagine it was a variation of this. (It might have looked just like it or similar. He did change things around here and there...) This is from the St. Louis convention.
Row 1: 18v Ibanez CS-505 Stereo Chorus - MXR Dyna Comp
Row 2: Ibanez AD-80 Analog Delay - 3 black pedals, (which I think are from an Electra line of pedals from around that time.) - MXR Blue Box
Row 3: MXR Pitch Transposer display
Row 4: MXR Pitch Transposer
Row 5: MXR 113 Digital Delay
A Korg X-911 guitar synthesizer was in the lid.

FWIW
I still have a Korg X-911
It's the Moog of guitar synthesizers -- really cool portamento and classic synth sounds. MONO though -- no more than one note at a time or GLITCH CITY.
