Appears to be a 'Fender 400'...BTW: Have seen that description several times on e-bay as well as,"Peddle Steel".

I don't know. I remember some time ago watching this movie, and it was a study of Chuck Berry and his concerts, but I don't remember the title.
Unusual amongst rock and rollers of the time, Chuck was known to put steel guitar solos on the B sides of some of his records.
