My S-10 Economy (3+2) is
Ser. # 1024
Bill of sale is Feb. 1983
I don't know anything about the numbering system so I don't know if it is simple sequential or not. |

Dwight,
If it is the black keyless one, it was built for Tom Brumley in the 80's.

Yes Dan, it is Keyless, double changer and black, with a George L 12-5 pickup. It is in mint condition. I want to add 3 pedals and about 12 more pulls. I'm hoping you guys have plenty of undercarriage parts for this model. I have my current copedant as well as my projected copedant on paper. COuld I send it to you so you could help me with parts needed? I want to keep this guitar. But I see this is a different beast. Thanks

Dan,this is my second BMI with the double changer. The first was a blue D-10. That one had one of the ZB triple coil pups on one of the necks. My skills were not very good so I sold it regretably, because the tone and possibilities were endless. I have been remembering that blue one for years. Now I got another chance at having one. They are rare. Hopefully you guys can help me.
