This is a 1950's Gibson Double Eight "Consolette Model" Table Steel...Lap Steel, Made in the USA. These were produced by Gibson from 1953-57. I don't have an exact date. It works well and sounds great!!! There are two 8-String Necks. Purchased from the original owner who said it was purchased in 1953 or 1954. I can find no serial #.

While I am not familiar with this guitar, I do know the seller (TJ) and can vouch for his integrity.
