New England Steel Guitar Association had our monthly show Sunday July 13th. What a great show and great crowd. The band, The Rhode Island Rednecks, were fabulous as usual, along with our member steel players Frank, Vinnie and Sam. Great job guys! Three members renewed their membership and one new member. Our 50/50 was $90.00, our door prize was a New England Steel Guitar T Shirt. Our next show will be August 10th and the band will be Al Carter and The Nashville Boys. Come on down and join in the fun and an afternoon of good old country music. Bring your dancing shoes with you!

I will not be able to be at the August 10TH Steel Guitar Jam at Post 15 In East greenwich R,I,. Anna and I will be at the Rhode Island Steel Guitar Jam and Meeting that day in Portsmouth R.I.at the commond Fence post.I missed the last one they had as I had a heat stroke.I just keep on tourchering myself and don't know enougth to slow down and stay out of the hot sun.At almost 78 I'm a work a holic and always keep busy and do not quit until I'm done with what I'm doing..
