Lilly Hefner(Wally's wife)professionly known as Georgia Dee passed on Sat AM June 21 to be with the lord.
She was a great supporter of country music and steel guitar and always would show up at Wally's jams at his steel guitar shop, she and Wally had moved to Ariz
and enjoyed retirement there. The rest of us pickers are still getting together continuing the jams Wally started and missing Wally and Lilly. Memorial services will be held sometime in Fall when Wally returns to visit us in Pennsylvania.
