Rufus (2x4, as George says) Thibodeaux plays fiddle too. I originally had it on tape so I don't know whether it was ever pressed to record. _________________ Excel 3/4 Pedal With An 8 String Hawaiian Neck, Sierra Tapper (10 string with a raised fretboard to fret with fingers), Single neck Fessenden 3/5

Dancetown USA was a very popular country and western dance hall in Houston, Texas in the 1960`s, 1970`s and 1980`s. They featured the country stars every week and, sometime twice a week. About every country singer that was popular during those years, has preformed there. Many record albums were cut live there.

I had the album when it first can out 35 years ago. If memory serves ( and it may not) the record (LP)mistakenly listed Herb Remington as the steel player, and Panhandle Rag is really B. Bowman Hop. |

That's the record where George calls Rose City Chimes and Buddy plays B. Bowman Hop. I like that record a lot, but it's too bad the band is playing for 3 annoying drunks. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |

I recall the BAND being three annoying drunks! ! _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |
