MSA Pickup Problem

Have a MSA Classic D-10 with supersustain pickups. The front screw had worked itself loose and was trying to take the pickup out in order to fix it. The screw is held in by a nut that had fallen into the cavity. While trying to remove the rear screws, one of them broke off right at the frame level. I would assume I'm going to have to drill it out and rethread the hole. Does anyone have any ideas on this.

You MAY be able to reach under there with those bent-nosed needle nose pliers, and work the screw out from underneath without having to drill or take off the changer....

I think Stewart-MacDonald and a few other places sell screw extractors that are about the size of jewlers screwdrivers, one of those may do the trick. ON the bright side, if you WOULD have to drill it out, the aluminum willt ap easy enough to use a slightly larger screw style.

Harry, try an Easy Out, you can get them at Sears. It goes into the broken screw then you just twist it all out.
