I just want to say that I believe Peavey to be one of the best customer oriented companies around. I sent them my Profex II for a battery changeout. I had previously purchased the battery and had planned to change it out myself. I soon realized that I could damage the circuits if I made the wrong move with my soldering iron. Decided to send to Peavey. I received the repaired unit from them and was pleased to see the care they took in packaging the item for shipment. I reinstalled it in my rack mount and was happy to find that all my presets were still there and operational. The cost for the repair was more than reasonable. Thanks to the Peavey folks for your attention to customer needs.

Your right Doug.. Peavey and Mike Brown are the greatest..I own 4 peavey amps, a tubefex and a profex and love them all..

Moved to 'Electronics', because Peavey doesn't make pedal steels.
