My LG II was according to Emmons, shipped out 1-3-'95, to Az. Which means it was built in '94. serial#1219-L. I don't know how many they were building at that time, but yours is Pre-'94.

In 1994-95 averaging 15/month.

Emmons serial numbers are not related to a date of assembly or shipping but when the body/cabinet was built. Depends on the color, black being most common. A guitar could have been built in 1995 black with number 975 and blue with 895.
