Two new for my stereo steel rig......first time last night....I am not a tech geek so I rely on my ears.....previous speakers BW 1501 ........by no means am I unhappy with these new speakers......the best way I can describe the sound is " Perky ".....I know there has been a lot of opinions about a lot of different speakers......but as most of you, I guess ,don't play with an ocillaoscope....IMHO......I like them.

Just noting that mine, the one you tried at the club jam was broke in.

Also, my cabinet is partial open back. If they don't "settle in" maybe the porting needs to be changed since yours (I thought) were closed back.

My 15C cabinet is open back too. Who sells a closed/ported cabinet for a 15C?
