Folding seat base w/back

I have a seat cushion and back for sale. This is NOT a complete steel seat, only the seat base and folding back.

I used this on a seat I built years ago. After a couple of years I decided to go backless and this has been collecting dust ever since. It's in great condition. The fabric is kinda silky, no rips or tears, and mounted on 5/8" wood base. The actual hardware came from a portable boat seat.

I want $40(shipped to CUS only) total ($40 includes shipping). I'm guessing that the shipping will be close to half of the asking price....

The last two pics show it mounted on the original seat.
