I built another seat. I thought the first one was to big and heavy. And it never made sense to leave the pad exposed when packing it in the van etc. So with this new lighter and smaller one, the pad stores inside the pac-a-seat and then just velcro's on the lid for sitting.

Looks good Greg, basic and functional.

One thing I did for the goodies in mine, I went to Wally World (Wal-Mart) and shopped in the fishing isle for some multi compartment boxes to store things like my bar, picks, tools, strings, etc. I have two in my seat, one for strings and tuners, one for picks, bars, etc.
