Larry, what am I looking at? Can't really see from the pic what the mounting scheme is. But, I'm interested. _________________ Best regards,

Larry, how does that Zoom box work out on steel? I've been looking at them and thinking about buying one. _________________ Darvin Willhoite
MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, a restored MSA Classic SS, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Also a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored Rose S10, named the "Blue Bird". Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also have a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks, and a showroom condition Sho-Bud Super Pro. |

It works well. San Ash was $70 and they might have a 30 return like some of the others do.
I only use the Rev and Delay and EQ but the other day I had need for a Dist and Comp, no problem. I am generally not into Zoom but his line seems better to me.

Darvin, I have mine setup as a backup for my POD X3. I have my basic reverb/delay program, another for just reverb (that I use with my Matchbro), a Chorus, a Leslie sim program and a phase shift program.
The POD X3 wins, but for a relatively inexpensive backup it works very well.
I have a slot on the Hearland (Kansas City) Steel Guitar Club's June 28th Steel Show and I'm just taking the MS50G, to save some space. |

I wasn't aware of these units until a couple of weeks ago, and I'm always looking for something small, light, and good sounding. I still have a couple of Boss RV-3's that are hard to beat, but technology has made lot's of progress since they were made, so there should be something better available. I have a MUZA reverb/delay pedal that sounds pretty close to the RV-3, but seems really noisy through my Roland Cube 80. It doesn't seem so noisy through my other amps, I have no idea why. I need to try one of the Zooms, thanks for your replies. _________________ Darvin Willhoite

You can down load more effects on line which give you about 100 to choose from. Many are as good as you will find in a single pedal or an expensive rack rig.
