i may have asked before but i'm old and stupid. i have an extra bw 1501 basket that i think is still good.
what, where and how much is the cheapest lightweight magnet i can get to bolt on it?? |

According to the local Peavey dealer, the neodymium magnet for the BW speakers, such as the 1501, has been discontinued. The owner, who is a pedal steel guitar player, told me that this past Wednesday at our Florida Steel Guitar Club jam.
There may be some around but no new orders from Peavey.
The Peavey Neodymium magnet knocks about 6lbs off the weight of a 1501 with the standard magnet. |
